Our approach
Improve the workflow.
Keep control of the business.
Useful AI needs more than a working demo. It needs clear boundaries, tests that reflect real work and people who know when to step in.

From understanding to everyday use
A clear path
through change.
Each stage creates something to review before the next decision. Your team stays involved throughout.
- 01
Understand the work
Walk through the workflow with the people who do it. Identify the recurring friction, current baseline and operating owner.
What it establishesA shared problem and a useful starting point.
- 02
Agree the boundaries
Define scope, success criteria, system access, approval points and how exceptions should be handled.
What it establishesClear limits before the build begins.
- 03
Build & test offline
Test representative inputs and exceptions before the workflow acts on live work. Compare results with the agreed baseline and check for errors that could disrupt the work.
What it establishesEvidence to review before using the workflow.
- 04
Review the prototype
Walk through the outputs, controls and test results with your team. Use their feedback to refine the way the workflow behaves.
What it establishesA workflow your people understand and can challenge.
- 05
Run a supervised pilot
Start with close owner review. Track errors and the help people need. Expand use only when the evidence supports it.
What it establishesA considered decision about readiness.
- 06
Hand off with ownership
Document the workflow, train the people using it, and agree operating ownership, exception handling, recovery steps and any ongoing support.
What it establishesA practical way to run and maintain the change.
Authority is a design decision
More capability.
Deliberate boundaries.
A workflow can remain advisory or require approval for every action. Greater autonomy is an option to evaluate, never an automatic destination.
01 / Read
Help people see.
Summarize and organize information within agreed access limits.
02 / Approve
Prepare, then review.
Draft actions for a person to check and approve before they happen.
03 / Limit
Act inside boundaries.
Allow specific actions only within permissions and conditions agreed for the workflow.
04 / Expand
Let evidence decide.
Consider broader authority only after testing and review show it is appropriate.
Limited permissions. Human review. Tests and activity records. Recovery steps designed for the workflow. We agree on the controls the project needs before launch.
Before we begin
Good questions.
Clear answers.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
We test expected cases and exceptions, define when the workflow should stop or ask for help, and review performance during the pilot. Recovery steps depend on the workflow and connected systems. Some external actions cannot simply be undone, so approval and access limits matter.
How much access will it need?
We agree on the minimum access needed for the workflow. Reading information, preparing a draft and taking an action are different permissions. They should be considered separately, with human review where it is needed.
How will my employees be involved?
Your team helps explain the current process, review the prototype and test the pilot. Training, operating ownership and exception handling are part of preparing the workflow for everyday use.
How long will a project take?
Timing is agreed after discovery, once the workflow, systems, access and review needs are understood. We start with a focused scope and agree what must be true before launch.
Who owns the workflow after handoff?
We identify an operating owner and document how the workflow should be used and maintained. Deliverables, access and ownership terms are agreed in the project scope.
What about ongoing support?
Handoff and any ongoing support are agreed before launch. We make clear who handles questions, exceptions and future changes so the team knows where to turn.
